    Full Calculation History

Never lose your work. The "Hist" key opens a detailed, scrollable log of all your past equations and results. Click any entry to recall and edit it instantly.

Getting Started in Three Simple Steps

    1. Enter Your Expression

Use the intuitive keypad to enter your mathematical expression. For functions like sine or square root, press the function key first, e.g., 'sin(' followed by your number and a closing parenthesis.

    2. Use Secondary (2nd) Functions

Need the inverse or a special function? Press the green '2nd' key. Notice it turns yellow, indicating it's active. Now, the next key you press will perform its secondary action, shown in green text above the button.

    3. Calculate & Recall

Press the large blue 'Enter' (=) key to calculate. Your result appears instantly. To reuse this result in a new calculation, simply press the 'ans' key. To review older calculations, press 'Hist' and select an entry.

    Frequently Asked Questions

While our web calculator is designed to *replicate* the TI-30XIIS, only the physical hardware calculator is permitted in official standardized testing environments. This tool is intended for homework, study, and professional use.
You have two options. You can use the 'x√' function (press '2nd' then '^') but a more reliable method for all roots is using fractional exponents. For a cube root of 8, type `8^(1/3)`. For a fifth root of 32, type `32^(1/5)`.
An error message usually means there's a syntax mistake in your expression, like mismatched parentheses or an operator in the wrong place. Press 'ON/C' once to clear the input field and try re-entering your calculation carefully. Check that all functions have opening and closing parentheses, like `sqrt(4)` not `sqrt4`.
